I hold a Master of Science from NTNU, Norway, in Chemical engineering and Biotechnology, specializing in microbial biotechnology and molecular genetics.
Currently, I am working as a PhD candidate at the Department of Biotechnology and Food Science in the research group Circular Bioprocesses under the supervision of Fernando Pérez García. We are working with a bacterium called Corynebacterium glutamicum and are expanding its substrate and product portfolio. Currently working with carbohydrates from seaweed.
