Employed at the Trondheim Academy of Fine Arts since September 2020, first as a Senor advisor and now as Head of office. Interest in the subject organization and management, and with trust and good processes as key elements in the management philosophy.. Coordination responsibility for the administration, and part of the management team together at the department. Involved in most of the daily operation and management of the department, with a coordination responsibility for several of the processes at the department.

Previous positions as Assistant director at a county municipal enterprise, as well as Head of office at NTNU, Department of Engineering design and materials from June 2010 to December 2016. Have  experience as chief union representativ for a private company.

Educated as a food technologist with additional education in export marketing, and a master's degree within organization and management from 2010.
