Publications

Co-author (together with Professor Roy Krøvel at the Department of Journalism at Oslo Met) on a chapter in the anthology "Klima, medier og politikk" Elisabeth Eide (Editor) Dag Elgesem (Editor) Siri Gloppen (Editor) Lise Rakner (Editor)

Global warming is a challenge for politicians, journalists and committed citizens alike. How do they deal with Norway's central dilemma as a "climate-friendly oil nation"? The researchers have spoken, but how do decision-makers and others respond to the challenge?

Was the 2013 parliamentary election a climate election? How do politicians, journalists and organizations think about their tasks, and about public opinion? What contributes to different social groups' views on climate change? What is the media doing to link climate research closer to people's everyday experiences?

This anthology deals with these and other burning questions, about international negotiations, about climate refugees and about aid.

Master's degree HIS4090

Master's thesis in history. The reconciliation process between the Sandinistas and the indigenous people of Nicaragua's Caribbean coast 1984-1987. A different peace process?
