Eystein Grusd is a PhD candidate in the project "Team training to support medication administration in prehospital care" in the research group within patient safety at the department of Health Sciences, Gjøvik. The research project is a joint project between NTNU and Innlandet hospital Trust. He is educated as a teacher, EMT and Paramedic and holds a master in Health Sciences from University of Oslo.
Eystein Grusd recently worked as an Assistant Professor at Oslo Metropolitan University, teaching at the bachelor program of paramedical science. Previously he worked as a teacher at the vocational EMT education, and within the ambulanceservice in Norway. Since 2008 Eystein has worked in the ambulance service in Oslo.
