About

I am a Postdoc Researcher in Department of Chemical Engineering within Hydrometallurgy Research Team since 2021. Current research focus of our team is Electric Vehicle Battery Recycling, on critical elements recovery using extractive metallurgy process.

I got Ph.D. from Graduate School of Environmental Science, Hokkaido University in 2016 with subject on thorium-uranium separation from lanthanides using solid phase extraction. My research interest mostly deals with extraction of metals from secondary sources (urban mining) including valorization of wastes, and extraction of metals from lean sources using hydrometallurgical method.
