I am HR manager at The Faculty of Information Technology, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering at NTNU. My main responsibilities are:

• management and development of the HR-department
• HR-councelling and management support
• Organisational development/leader development
• Certified Disc-instructor
• co-operation between departments and development of administrative support systems

I worked as a HR-consultant at Faculty of Social Sciences and Technology Management(NTNU) in the period 1995 - 2013.
