Atle Kongsvold is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Public Helath and Nursing. He is part of the Musculoskeletal Research group and his Ph.D. project focuses on device-measured physical activity. In specific, he investigates the relationship between self-reported and device-measured physical activity, variation in physical activity between age groups, genders, and seasons, and whether sports participation in adolescense can predict physical activity as an adult.
He is also involved in several internal and external research projects utilizing device-measured physical activity.
