Esma has been assigned as the new Project Coordinator of SUBPRO starting from January 2019.
SUBPRO is a center for research-based innovation (SFI), at the Department of Chemical Engineering.
Esma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from BI Norwegian Business School. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from the Central University of Algiers.
Esma has 6 years of working experience within the oil and gas industry and within international business environment. She has been coping with companies such as: Equinor, BP and Sonatrach.
Some of her main tasks at SUBPRO are:
- Internal coordination at NTNU SUBPRO
- Coordination with SUBPRO's Industry Partners
- Coordination and reporting to The Research Council of Norway
- SUBPRO annual report
- Contracts and budgeting
