I have a law degree (Master of Laws) from the University of Oslo. I specialized in employment law in the public and private sectors.
I have extensive experience from the HR field, both at an operational and strategic level, both as a professional and as a leader. As a manager, I am passionate about ensuring that all employees feel a sense of mastery and security. I recognise that the working day is only a part of life, and that there must be interaction and a balance for it to be sustainable.
I am concerned with finding good and pragmatic solutions that lie within the formal room for manoeuvre.
