Graduated structural engineering at Poznan University of Technology (Poland) in 2016. Then for almost 5 years worked at the edge of structural engineering and information technology. Most of the time I have powered the ranks of Buro Happold as a Senior BIM Technician and Computational Design Specialist, where my duties ranged from parametric modelling, BIM management and coordination to development of automated tools as the leader of Polish computational team. Among my most challenging projects at the time were Sinfonia Varsovia Concert Hall, Varso – the tallest skyscraper in Europe and Farringdon West – office building in London. Apart from Buro Happold, I have also worked as an IT Consultant in Capgemini, where I was responsible for the implementation of the Facility Management solutions.
I have joined NTNU in 2021 to research the transformation of project management by the support of enabling digital technologies such as machine learning in projects with high demand for sustainable solutions under the supervision of Professor Eilif Hjelseth.
