Ann Christin Andersen

About

I am an associate professor at the Regional Centre for Child and Youth mental Health and Child Welfare (RKBU) at the Department of Mental Health, Faculty of Medicin and Health Sciences, NTNU. My current worplace is campus Ålesund. I have a PhD in medicine and health sciences from NTNU. My thesis was entitled "Adolescents with ADHD. Follow-Up of a Group CBT Intervention: Satisfaction, Feasibility, and Long-Term Efficacy". The thesis is available from NTNU Open.

I am also a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, and have a part time position as a consultant at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic at Volda Hospital. I am part of an ADHD and autisme team, investigating and treating children and adolescents with moderate to severe mental health problems and illnesses (predominantly neurodevelopmental disorders).

I am a cognitive behacvioral therapist and supervisor.
