• Leadership support in sick leave follow-up
• Represent the IV Faculty in the Network for Inclusive Working Life (IA) at NTNU
• Development team for IA and work environment development at IV
• HR and recruitment support for our departments
• Recruitment and hiring for technical, administrative, and academic positions
• Sabbatical for academic staff - administer the application and allocation process
• Coordinator for the Appointments Committee (AU) at Faculty of Engineering
