My tasks/responsibilities include
- Leadership support in sick leave follow-up
- Represent the IV Faculty in the Network for Inclusive Working Life (IA) at NTNU
- Development team for IA and work environment development at IV
- HR and recruitment support for our departments
- Recruitment and hiring for technical, administrative, and academic positions
- Sabbatical for academic staff - administer the application and allocation process
