About

Data Scientist with extensive experience in Deep Learning, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Data Processing and Image Analysis. With over a decade of programming experience in various programming languages such as Python, SQL, PHP, Java, etc. I have refined and applied my skills to solve complex real world problems.

My education includes:

  • B.Sc. in Informatics & Communication with specialization in Software Engineering.
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • M.Sc. in Computer Science with specialization in Machine Learning.

About my research:

  • Applied Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) for prostate cancer (PCa) detection and localization on various MRI sequences.
  • Developed an automated computer-aided detection pipeline (CAD) including normalization, segmentation (nnUNet), segmentation quality check, prostate sampling, and GANs.
  • Developed a Python toolkit for sampling MRI.  Evaluated with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Vision Transformers (ViTs) for clinically significant PCa (csPCA), showing improvement in performance.

Under PROVIZ project funded by the Research Council of Norway. Read more about in NTNU Discovery.

CROPro: a tool for automated cropping of prostate magnetic resonance images

To bypass manual data preprocessing and optimize deep learning performance, we developed and evaluated CROPro, a tool to standardize automated cropping of prostate magnetic resonance (MR) images.

A comparison of Generative Adversarial Networks for automated prostate cancer detection on T2-weighted MRI

Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) have shown potential in medical imaging. In this study, several previously developed GANs were investigated for prostate cancer (PCa) detection on T2-weighted (T2W) magnetic resonance images (MRI).
