We offer two different packages:

  • Mini conference package (registration form with /without payment)
  • Full conference package (tailor made as needed)

  • Own app where you can easily keep track of registrations, finances, status of work tasks in the project, etc

Sponsors and exhibitors are an important part of the conference. 

Sometimes there are partners who want to profile themselves with exhibition stands in connection with a conference, and other times exhibitors are part of the program in the form of exhibitor walks and exhibitor seminars. 

We offer the administration of scientific poster exhibitions, commercial exhibitions and sponsorship exhibitions.

  • The authors can themselves register, upload and edit abstracts/papers 
  • Reviewers have access to abstracts/papers and can provide scores and comments. 
  • The client can easily organize submitted abstracts/papers (set up program), see scores and comments from reviewers, and get clear and updated reports. 
  • Papers can be collected and sent together to the client or publisher/printing company.
