ARK is designed by and for the higher education sector - as a tool for promotion of psychosocial factors in the work environment. ARK is a comprehensive, research-based programme that focuses on both strains and resources.
ARK contributes to increased knowledge about issues concerning work environment and organizational climate in the higher education sector through facilitation for research.

About ARK
ARK is managed by NTNU and offered as a commissioned project to institutions in the Norwegian higher education sector from the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Social and Educational Sciences.
Kirsti Godal Undebakke is responsible for the day-to-day practical implementation of commissioned projects, guidance to the institutions' project managers and teaching in courses for local leaders, project managers, process managers and safety representatives.
HUNT databank and The ICT department is responsible for the technical implementation of surveys.
ARK contributes to increased knowledge about work environment and work climate issues in the university and college sector through facilitation of research.
