The HR and HSE Division is responsible for the university's overall personnel policy and management, systematic HSE work, and the occupational health service.

We work with politics, negotiations, rules and regulations, management- and organizational development, recruitment and personnel management.

NTNU's Service Center for Payroll and HR is also a part of the HR and HSE Division.
