Artificial Intelligence Foundations reflects the broad range of fundamental AI concepts and tools researched within
the group, from “classic” approaches involving logic and explicit knowledge representation to trending
statistics-based Machine Learning (ML) methods; and from the scientific use of AI to investigate natural intelligence to complex
problem solving from a purely engineering perspective.
